This is the guide for the Level Of Response essay due the first Monday when school starts.

The question asks you to EVALUATE a housing problem in a city of your choice.

There are links provided which favor Dharavi, Mumbai but you can choose any other relevant cities.

When evaluating , you will need to use criterias which I will now give you.

1. Cost of strategy
2. Potential revenue gained
3. Multipliers -Direct or indirect consequences of an action, a knock-on effect – eg when an industry locates somewhere and others are attracted because of it, jobs created
4. unintended negative effects
5. transferability of strategy which means can you repeat the same strategy again at another time or another city.
